Came off this week dropping down to Skenfrith, gravel on a bend. Be careful out there!

Lovely undulating sweeping bends, nice scenery. The humpback bridge is a treat! Great detour of the A40 on the way to/from Brecon Beacons.

my partners parents live very close to this road , for some reason whenever we go down to visit i always go on the bike and go and play for a couple of hours

I like this route as it is tight & twisty you dont need to galactic speeds to enjoy it. There is a humpback bridge too which can be fun if you are bit to enthusatic! I keep going back to this route one of my favourites on the way back from wales.

I really enjoyed this road which rises and falls and twists and turns for its entire length. its the sort of exhilerating fun that you'll want to do again. The surface is OK but there are a couple of dodgy junctions. One is a cross roads at the top of a blind crest on a bend, it is signed, but be aware.
